Vivo Energy’s “Youth Talent” program offers recent graduates their first professional experience through a 12-month internship, culminating in a final evaluation.
This program is being rolled out across all of the group’s subsidiaries, and for 2026, Engen DRC is launching the first edition of this program in the provinces of Kinshasa and Grand Katanga.
